Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters in Public Administration or similar field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related consulting, government, non-profit or public sector experience.
• Familiarity with human resources operations of local governments or non-profits preferred.
• Able to take direction, learn quickly, and work collaboratively as a self-directed professional to meet project objectives.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as needed, approximately up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Perform consulting activities that include leading and participating in interviews, reviewing documents, and preparing client deliverables.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends related to staffing levels, organizational culture, and performance.
• Conduct analysis to develop well-supported recommendations.
• Work with clients and team members to understand the current environment and evaluate risks.
• Travels to client locations to work onsite and periodically attend industry conferences.
