Job summary

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 4-8 years of enterprise IT experience.
Strong understanding of network protocols, virtualization, and storage networks.
Experience with enterprise monitoring and ITSM frameworks.

Responsibilities

Analyze, architect, and lead operations for enterprise IT networks and servers.
Monitor and troubleshoot global networks, ensuring security and resilience.
Coordinate with mission partners and leadership on system improvements.
Prepare executive briefings and AARs on operational status and risks.
Lead 24x7x365 NOSC watch duties and incident response activities.
Configure and document network, server, and security baselines.
