Job summary

HydX AB is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our expanding Norway team. You will be one of the first contact points for customers, coordinating inquiries, orders and deliveries while working closely with the local Account Manager and Nordic colleagues.

You do not need to be an engineer, but a genuine interest in technology and industrial solutions will help you understand customer needs, grow in the role, and deliver professional, responsive service in Norwegian and English.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service, sales support, order management or a similar role is an advantage, preferably within an industrial or technical environment.
• Fluent in Norwegian and comfortable communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries, orders and follow-up
• Providing professional and responsive customer service
• Coordinating deliveries and communication with customers and suppliers
