Job summary

LAPP Americas is seeking a results-driven Sales Territory Manager for the Pacific Northwest and neighboring states. You will manage the Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana territory, support OEM customers, installers and design houses, and cultivate channel partners to drive growth and long-term relationships.

The role requires travel (car and air) 3–4 days per week, extensive customer engagement, and collaboration with product management and engineering to meet design and BOM requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4‑year college or university.
• Five years of meaningful, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have demonstrated working experience selling Cable Assemblies/Harnessing, Industrial Data cables and/or connector products and their application.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: use CRM for customer pipeline management and plan daily, weekly and monthly sales calls.
• Manage channel support of OEM opportunities and project business.
• Offer technical support for customer design requirements.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Product Management, Marketing to maximize territory growth.
• Build relationships with OEMs, installers and sub-contractors to secure repeat contracts.
