Job summary

LAPP, a family-owned leader in cable and connection technology, seeks a Regional Sales professional for the Northwest region. You will manage Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, support OEM customers and installers, and grow partnerships with authorized Channel Partners.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience selling cable assemblies and data cables, plus a strong technical sales background. Frequent travel and strong relationship-building skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Five years of meaningful, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have demonstrated working experience selling Cable Assemblies/Harnessing, Industrial Data cables and/or connector products and their application.

Responsibilities

• Territory management using CRM for pipeline management and planning.
• Manage channel support of OEM opportunities and project business.
• Provide technical support for customer design requirements.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Product Management and Marketing to maximize support and growth in the territory.
