Transdev is seeking a Regional Safety Director for the Northwest region, based in Northern California or willing to relocate. The role focuses on advancing safety culture, leading initiatives, and guiding local teams to deliver safe, reliable service.

The position requires deep OSHA/regulatory knowledge, extensive safety leadership experience, and the ability to manage regional data and training programs. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; two years of college strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA and regulatory standards is expected.
• Experience in safety leadership and fleet transportation management is required.

Responsabilités

• Measure and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations (FTA, FMCSA, DOT, OSHA/OHS, DHS, client requirements).
• Coordinate safety initiatives, training programs, and regional activities.
• Collect and manage regional data for monthly safety reports; ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Analyze safety events, injuries, and incidents for follow-up and documentation.
• Identify safety trends and recommend corrective actions based on data.
