Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Parts Outside Sales Manager for the Northwest Region, based in Buffalo, NY. The role leads a team of Outside Sales Representatives across multiple locations and reports to the Regional Parts Director.

Salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, with a full-time, exempt status. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 5+ years in sales management in the heavy-duty truck parts sector, and strong CRM/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Five+ years of experience in sales or sales management within the heavy-duty truck parts or automotive aftermarket industry.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives.
• Establish clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss opportunities, and address challenges.
• Ensure alignment between Outside Sales and internal branch operations to enhance customer experience and order efficiency.
• Work with PACCAR fleet reps and Hunter sales team to grow and monitor PACCAR fleet sales, including helping to manage retail pricing and assisting in the fleet bid process.
