Job summary

Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) seeks a Field Sales Engineer to support and train the sales channel across intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance. You will bridge DMP’s capabilities with dealers, integrators, and enterprise customers across North America, covering AK, WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, NV, and Northern CA.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in pre-sales or technical sales within physical security, with hands-on intrusion, access control, and video systems experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical support within physical security.
• Hands-on knowledge of intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the North American sales team and dealer/integrator network.
• Design and scope integrated security systems focusing on intrusion, access control, and video integration.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to dealers, integrators, and end-users.
