Job summary

Philanthropy Northwest in Seattle seeks a membership manager to develop and manage a 200-member network across six states. You will deliver superior member service, drive renewal campaigns, and build systems for recruitment, retention and data tracking.

The role requires strong client relations, ability to work across programs, and experience with donor relations and fundraising. Salesforce experience and a commitment to equity and learning are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Five years managing membership campaigns or member affiliated programs.
• Three years in donor cultivation and fundraising in nonprofits or foundations.
• Experience with CRM databases and customer relations.
• Commitment to advancing social justice and equity.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with member organizations and partners.
• Develop and manage member engagement and retention strategies.
• Connect members with Philanthropy Northwest programs and opportunities.
• Lead acquisition strategies and onboarding activities.
• Sponsor and fundraise activities for major gifts and donor cultivation.
• Maintain membership data in Salesforce and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate across programs to amplify members’ work and learning.
• Represent Philanthropy Northwest at programs and events.
• Participate in enterprise wide activities and team development.
