Job summary

Northern California Grantmakers is seeking a Member Engagement Manager in San Francisco to strengthen relationships with our members and ensure we have the data and systems needed to inform decisions and advance our mission.

Reporting to the Director of Member Engagement, you will oversee membership data collection, analysis, onboarding, renewals, and cross-department collaboration, including Salesforce optimization, to enhance member value and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Oversee collection, organization, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of membership data.
• Support onboarding, membership renewals, dues collection, and relationship management to enhance member engagement.
• Collaborate across departments to strengthen information-sharing and data-informed decision-making, with Salesforce usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, organization, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of membership data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Lead onboarding, renewals, and dues processing while maintaining strong relationships with members.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs and Finance & Operations to ensure efficient data workflows and Salesforce optimization.
