Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana (BGCGNWI) seeks a Vice President of Club Operations to lead operations across Lake and Porter County clubs. This executive role reports to the CEO and directs area directors, ensuring safe, welcoming environments and alignment with mission and policies.

The VP will oversee program quality, data reporting, financial accountability, community engagement, and risk management, driving attendance, partnerships, and high standards across all clubs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit operations, youth development, education, or related field.
• Proven success in staff supervision, program evaluation, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of youth development principles, best practices in club management, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to Area Directors, Club Directors, Director of Leagues & Rentals, and other senior staff.
• Ensure clubs operate at high standards, aligned with BGCGNWI policies and ethics.
• Guide Directors in managing day-to-day operations while maintaining safe, welcoming environments.
• Lead efforts to increase attendance, participation, and rentals by removing access barriers and strengthening recruitment.
• Oversee program quality, data reporting, and compliance with grant requirements.
• Manage annual club budgets and monitor monthly financial performance for accountability.
