Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director Field Reimbursement (ADFR) to lead payer engagement for oncology products across AK, WA, OR, ID, MT, and WY. The role requires strategic reimbursement leadership, education for HCPs, and guidance on coverage landscapes to improve patient access.

Travel up to 70% is expected. The ADFR partners with field staff and payers to ensure compliant, effective reimbursement strategies and supports sites of care with access pathways to DSI oncology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years overall related experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop cultivate business relationships within focused accounts and assist oncology healthcare professionals with reimbursement issues.
• Educate customers on product coverage, payer processes, and utilization of Specialty Pharmacy and third party services.
• Build long-term relationships with payers and DSI leadership to support patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
