OBR Cooling Towers is hiring a Sales Engineer for the Northwest U.S. Territory to drive revenue through existing relationships and new client acquisition. Travel is required with office-based planning and administration.

Compensation is salary-based with potential performance incentives. Responsibilities include conducting site assessments, preparing estimates, coordinating with engineering and safety teams, and presenting solutions to clients while building strong customer partnerships across

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in cooling tower experience with 5+ years in sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
• Self-starter with urgency and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and meet customers to assess cooling tower needs.
• Prepare estimates, support project mgmt, perform field inspections and scope development.
• Communicate findings and solutions effectively to clients.
• Grow territory by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships.
• Partner with customers to plan improvements and action plans.
• Provide technical support and site evaluations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage site visits, quoting, and coordination with construction teams.
• Maintain documentation, expense reporting, and meetings in company systems.
