Job summary

Pivot Bio is seeking a Regional Commercial Agronomy Lead to drive regional agronomy and commercial execution. The role connects agronomic expertise with field execution and go-to-market priorities to expand grower adoption and confidence in Pivot Bio products.

The candidate will lead a team of Commercial Agronomists, oversee training, field trials, and data-driven performance reporting to inform regional strategy and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of agronomy experience in the assigned geography.
• 5+ years of people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Commercial Agronomists to ensure field execution and progress against regional priorities.
• Translate agronomic insights and product data into sales actions and adoption plans.
• Oversee regional agronomy activities including seller training, demonstrations, field trials, and data generation.
• Contribute to commercial planning with product placement guidance and marketing input.
• Develop field data summaries and sales enablement materials for product positioning.
