Batenborch International seeks an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to drive the Northern European market for innovative food ingredients, focusing on Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the Nordics. You will build a multichannel prospecting strategy, manage the full sales cycle and work closely with R&D, Procurement and Marketing to convert customer needs into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multichannel sales strategy across Northern Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Nordics).
• Identify, qualify and prioritize high-potential customers, partners and distributors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Procurement and Top Management to translate customer needs into opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and industry events and develop partnerships.
