Job summary

LCBC Church is seeking a Location Coordinator to lead a campus and drive engagement and spiritual growth. You will oversee weekend and midweek experiences, build and develop teams, and ensure a distraction-free gathering.

In this role, you will cast vision for LCBC values, grow community relationships, and move people to take their next step in Jesus. Join a missions-focused team committed to excellence and compassionate care across the location.

• Be the Primary Ministry Leader ensuring the location runs smoothly.
• Strive to grow all areas of engagement
• Create new and maintain existing community relationships.
• Ensure successful distraction free gathering experience.
• Be the main point person for weekend and midweek experiences.
• Keep all core processes up to date.
• Cast vision of LCBC values and encourage key engagements.
• Build and develop strong teams to be the church.
• Sustain, train, empower, and equip.
• Make sure all ministry environments are scheduled appropriately.
• Move people to take their next step in their relationship to Jesus.
• Provide pastoral care and support to attendees.
• Attend necessary staff and ministry meetings.
• Duties as assigned by the Location Pastor.
• Lead a healthy life and a healthy team.

Hours Commitment:

40-45 hours/week with regular weekend responsibilities.

Purpose Statement:

To lead an LCBC Campus to increasing effectiveness at introducing more and more people to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers.

• Support LCBC’s mission to introduce people to Jesus and together fully follow him, along with our ministry philosophy, priorities, and beliefs.

Evaluation:

The Location Coordinator will meet regularly with the direct supervisor for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
