Job summary

LCBC Church is seeking a Location Coordinator to lead and grow a campus, build relationships, and ensure impactful weekend and midweek experiences. This role requires a strong spiritual foundation, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to LCBC’s mission.

You will cast vision, develop teams, and coordinate ministries while fostering a healthy, supportive environment for attendees and volunteers. Regular weekend presence and proactive planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus and ongoing spiritual growth.
• Support LCBC’s mission to introduce people to Jesus and align with its beliefs.
• Be a focused, collaborative, growth-minded leader with urgency and integrity.
• Lead LCBC’s values in practice: excellence, relationships, and impact.
• Becoming an LCBC Partner within 60 days and regularly attend LCBC services.

Responsibilities

• Be the Primary Ministry Leader ensuring the location runs smoothly.
• Strive to grow all areas of engagement at the campus.
• Create new and maintain existing community relationships.
• Ensure successful distraction free gathering experience for attendees.
• Be the main point person for weekend and midweek experiences.
• Keep all core processes up to date and well-documented.
• Cast vision of LCBC values and engage volunteers and attendees.
• Build and develop strong teams to support the campus.
• Sustain, train, empower, and equip staff and volunteers.
• Schedule ministry environments and coordinate logistics.
• Move people to take their next step in their relationship to Jesus.
• Provide pastoral care and attend necessary staff meetings.
• Duties as assigned by the Location Pastor; maintain healthy life and team.

Hours Commitment:

40-45 hours/week with regular weekend responsibilities.

Purpose Statement:

To lead an LCBC Campus to increasing effectiveness at introducing more and more people to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers.

Personal Qualifications:

• Have a personal relationship with Jesus and demonstrate ongoing spiritual growth through everyday habits and practices.
• Support LCBC’s mission to introduce people to Jesus and together fully follow him, along with our ministry philosophy, priorities, and beliefs.

Evaluation:

The Location Coordinator will meet regularly with the direct supervisor for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
