Qualifications

10+ years of business development or sales experience in the construction industry.
Established Northern California network of owners, developers, brokers, architects, and consultants.
Strong relationships in East Bay, Central Valley through Sacramento, Santa Rosa, and San Jose markets.
Willingness to travel across Northern California.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies across Northern California.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, brokers, architects, consultants, and industry influencers.
Identify and pursue opportunities across retail, office, medical, multifamily, and other commercial sectors.
Leverage existing network to generate qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and preconstruction teams to support pursuits and proposals.
Attend industry events and strengthen market presence.
Track opportunities through the sales pipeline from contact to project award.
Provide market intelligence and client feedback to leadership.
Support proposal development and interviews.
