Job summary

Tait Communications seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer for the Northeast US to translate complex customer needs into practical, competitive RF-enabled systems. You will guide opportunities from discovery through proposal and handover to delivery, while supporting Regional Sales Managers.

Responsibilities include system design, tender preparation, and ensuring successful transitions to delivery, with travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• At least five years in land mobile radio systems sales, solutions engineering, or system engineering.
• Experience with responding to RFPs and preparing tenders.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Lead preliminary system design, coverage analysis, and RF planning.
• Prepare accurate technical content for tenders, proposals, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on customer discovery and demonstrations.
