Job description

Position: Northeast Sales Territory Manager
Location: New England (Resident)

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc., a world leading conveyor equipment manufacturer, distributor and turn-key service provider of bulk material handling equipment, including conveyor systems, conveyor components and belting, screens and wear parts to the mining, aggregate, cement, recycling pulp and paper and other bulk material handling industries.

We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as the Northeast Sales Territory Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and has a passion for sales. Experience with any conveyors or material handling industries products is preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Represent ASGCO with professional attitude, be knowledgeable about our products and the industry and provide our customers with excellent customer service.
  • Increase sales and market share for all of ASGCO products and services in the territory.
  • Call on target end-users to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, service and sales are being achieved.
  • Work with local customers to identify, quote, engineer and close product solution and service sales.
  • Perform conveyor inspections / surveys / audits and maintenance training at end-user customer plant locations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist with customers’ installation of our products to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships with support sales.
  • Maintain an excellent safety record.
  • Maintain and update our CRM program and submit weekly schedules, call reports and expense reports on a timely basis.
