Mahindra USA seeks a Business Manager Northeast based in Houston to drive dealer relationships and grow the Mahindra brand. You will collaborate with dealers to improve revenues, volumes, and market share while achieving profitability goals throughout the territory.

You will coordinate dealer forecasting, training, events, and merchandising programs, and travel extensively to support dealers and test new products in the field.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of field sales/channel management experience in construction, industrial or agricultural equipment.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of the assigned territory and dealers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with dealers to grow the Mahindra brand in terms of revenues, volumes, market share and profitability.
• Communicate with assigned dealers weekly and visit each dealer at least once a month.
• Plan and forecast billing, retail orders, and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Evaluate dealers on sales performance and market share and take corrective actions.
• Plan, participate and assist with events like rodeos, farm shows and sporting events.
• Coordinate training for new dealers on systems, programs, product, advertising, parts, and service.
