Job summary

Mahindra USA is seeking a Business Manager Northeast to drive dealer growth in Houston, TX and surrounding markets. You will work with dealers to grow revenues, volumes, and market share while meeting annual sales targets.

The role requires frequent travel, strong communication with dealers, and coordination of training and promotions across the network. You will analyze performance, forecast orders, and contribute to product planning and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of field sales/channel management experience in construction, industrial or agricultural equipment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with dealers and cross‑functional teams.
Ability to travel 50–75% and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Grow the Mahindra brand in revenues, volumes, market share and profitability in the assigned territory.
Communicate with dealers weekly and visit each dealer at least once a month.
Plan and forecast billing, retail orders and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Evaluate dealers on performance, market share, and take corrective actions as needed.
Plan and conduct dealer regional meetings and participate in events and promotions.
Prospect new dealerships and develop channel; set up merchandising and branding.
