Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales in a comparable industry with a proven growth record.
• Ability to develop trusted partnerships with distributors and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability across the assigned territory, identifying growth opportunities.
• Expand distributor and customer base by developing new relationships and entering new markets.
• Grow fleet business by partnering with regional fleets and internal teams on production needs.
• Monitor competitive activity and translate insights into actionable sales plans.
• Improve internal and customer-facing processes to deliver better service and value.
