We seek a technically-minded, growth-focused Northeast Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across defense, medical, and other demanding market applications.

In this hunter role you will own the full sales cycle, engage directly with OEMs and distribution partners, work with engineering to translate requirements into solutions, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in connectors, cable assemblies, or electromechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Drive funnel expansion and new business growth across New England through direct customer engagement and channel partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close.
• Serve as the primary technical sales interface, translating customer requirements into solutions.
• Track competitive activity and market trends to feed product management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support forecasting and issue resolution.
