Reading Truck Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Northeast through strong distributor partnerships and new business with fleets, municipalities, and end users.

You will own sales and profitability targets, expand the customer base, and coordinate with Engineering and Operations to meet production needs while staying ahead of the competition. This role emphasizes relationship management, market insight, and process improvement.

Formación

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in a comparable industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and revenue goals.
• Strong ability to develop trusted customer, distributor, and internal partnerships.
• Ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, prioritization, and territory management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver sales and profit objectives across your assigned territory, identifying opportunities to accelerate profitable growth.
• Grow Reading Truck’s customer and distributor portfolio by developing new relationships, expanding the customer base, and opening doors in new markets.
• Identify and develop opportunities with regional fleets, partnering with Engineering on custom body solutions and Operations on capacity, lead times, and production requirements.
• Stay ahead of market and competitive activity and turn insights into actionable information for sales leadership.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen internal and customer-facing processes, improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and the overall customer experience.
