Legacy Service Partners is seeking a Floating Regional General Manager to lead our Northeast Partners. You will oversee daily operations, drive growth, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to safety and compliance while building the next chapter of a trusted local business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational leadership experience.
• Knowledge of home service industry regulations.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and financial performance.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with technology and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational execution plans to drive growth, expand market share, and meet financial objectives.
• Own local P&L and manage overall financial performance of the brand.
• Oversee and drive operational efficiency across sales, service delivery, dispatch, call center, installation, marketing and warehousing.
• Manage labor capacity, scheduling, overtime trends, and technician assignments.
• Collaborate with platform resources to improve marketing efficiency, labor, warehousing, fleet and vendor management.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify talent needs and support recruitment and professional development.
• Champion customer-centric service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
