Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Raleigh, NC territory, covering Charlotte, Greensboro, NC and Roanoke, VA. The FRM leads education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers on patient access to Janssen therapies, spending significant time on-site with HCPs.

The role requires educating providers on reimbursement, collaborating with field teams, and resolving access barriers with data-driven approaches

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management and reimbursement in provider offices.
• Reimbursement, billing, coding, prior authorizations, and appeals process knowledge.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and navigate access scenarios.

Aufgaben

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support to serve as access and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support colleagues.
• Address access barriers using data and proactive account management.
• Address urgent access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers across assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Stay updated on coverage, coding, and market dynamics at various levels.
