Job summary

Menarini Stemline is expanding its US Oncology marketing footprint in hematology and solid tumor spaces. The Director will drive External Expert activities to prep the US commercial organization for launches and growth opportunities across a growing oncology portfolio.

The role covers regional engagement, advisory boards, and collaboration with medical affairs, brand marketing, and agencies to execute compliant, evidence-based promotional plans.

Qualifications

• 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Launch experience in Oncology.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the Breast Cancer Market and Opinion Leaders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and present to OLs.
• Excellent strategic thinking with ability to formulate, develop and execute strategy.
• Ability to translate market research findings into actionable insights and tactical plans.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the regional engagement plan for Stemline’s oncology products.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives with high visibility.
• Translating scientific data into actionable commercial activities.
• Leading advisory boards with academic and community oncology HCPs.
• Coordinating regional promotional materials within compliance reviews.
• Collaborating with brand teams to align messages with customer insights.
• Managing relationships with key agency partners within budget.
