Job summary

Buro Happold is seeking a Northeast Region Healthcare Sector Leader to drive growth, secure strategic partnerships, and oversee delivery of healthcare projects in the region.

You will work with the Northeast Market Lead and cross-functional teams to develop and implement a BD and delivery strategy that aligns with the firm’s goals, leveraging global expertise to build Client and Collaborator relationships and grow the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development and project delivery in the AEC/healthcare space.
• Proven track record in securing complex deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong seller/doer mindset with ability to drive must-win proposals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities and plan strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy for the Healthcare Sector in the Northeast.
• Maintain and expand Key Client and Collaborator relationships with Partners and leadership guidance.
• Sell Client Propositions and map Buro Happold services to client needs.
• Track BD activities, revenue generation, client conversion, and provide forecasts to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry events to build networks and identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align BD with project delivery and company strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration across engineering, marketing and operations.
