Job summary

HDR is seeking a Northeast Region Health Director to lead business development and drive strategic growth in the Health market sector across the Northeast Region. You will oversee health projects, elevate HDR’s brand, and strengthen client partnerships.

You will manage annual market sector planning, set goals, budgets, and coordinate with Health Principals. The role requires a track record in health design leadership, client engagement, and talent development. Travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field and professional registration.
• Experience leading health design projects and teams.
• Strong business development and client relationship capabilities.
