Job summary

McKesson seeks a Consultant Relationship Director for Rx Savings Solutions to drive strategic relationships with health and benefits consultants and brokerage firms across the Northeastern U.S. You will lead education, trust-building, and coordinated engagement with consultants to generate qualified employer opportunities for RxSS.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure consultant insights inform RxSS strategy while expanding the RxSS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relative experience in health & benefits consulting, brokerage, strategic account management, or business development
• Experience engaging national or large regional consulting organizations
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, educate, and present to consultant audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with health & benefits and pharmacy consulting firms; secure access to key offices and stakeholders
• Educate consultants through in-person and virtual meetings, trainings, and events on the RxSS value proposition
• Collaborate with consultants to identify target employer prospects and facilitate high-quality introductions to the RxSS Employer Sales team
• Represent RxSS at consultant-hosted meetings, vendor summits, conferences, and industry events to deepen relationships
• Strengthen engagement within priority consultant organizations by executing tailored relationship and market plans
• Gather consultant feedback and market insights to inform sales strategy and positioning
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to assess pipeline health and ensure alignment on account strategies
• Track consultant engagement activity in CRM to support performance measurement
• Support consultant-driven requests such as RFPs or opportunity assessments
