TNTP is seeking a Consulting Partner for the Northeast region to lead business development and manage a portfolio of contracts across CT, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, and DC. You will serve as the face of TNTP to district partners and external stakeholders, shaping opportunities and delivering high-impact engagements.

Travel up to 40%, collaborate with regional teams, and uphold TNTP’s standards for equity and impact.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with district leaders, CMOs, or state education agencies leading complex change.
• Experience cultivating external partnerships, including business development and client management.
• Ability to craft clear vision and strategy across a contract portfolio.
• Deep understanding of K‑12 education landscape, especially Northeast region.
• Excellent project management and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
