TNTP The New Teacher Project is seeking a Consulting Partner to drive growth and lead a portfolio of Northeast engagements, partnering with district and state leaders to advance TNTP’s education initiatives. The role focuses on regional business development, sustainability, and impact across contracts in the Northeast region.

Formación

• Senior‑level experience leading change in school districts, CMOs, or education organizations.
• Experience cultivating and expanding external partnerships, including business development and client relationships.
• Ability to develop a clear portfolio strategy and manage complex implementations.
• Knowledge of the Northeast education landscape is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute a Northeast growth strategy aligned to TNTP’s priorities.
• Develop a strong network of external stakeholders to promote TNTP’s services.
• Talk to current and prospective clients and funders about TNTP’s work.
• Lead portfolio leadership, budgeting, staffing, and delivery to maximize impact.
• Oversee finances at the team/project level including budgeting and revenue management.
• Monitor progress with data and reflect on impact toward goals.
