Job summary

Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson's CoverMyMeds segment, is seeking a Consultant Relationship Director to expand strategic relationships with health & benefits consultants and brokerage firms. You will educate consultants, identify employer prospects, and drive qualified opportunities for the RxSS Employer Sales team.

This role is relationship-first and requires experience with digital health or benefits SaaS, traveling across the Northeastern U.S. to engage key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in health & benefits consulting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with health & benefits and pharmacy consulting firms.
• Educate consultants through in-person and virtual meetings, office trainings, and events on the RxSS value proposition, outcomes, and ideal client profiles.
• Collaborate with consultants to identify target employer prospects and facilitate introductions to the RxSS Employer Sales team.
• Represent RxSS at consultant-hosted meetings, vendor summits, conferences, and industry events to deepen relationships.
• Strengthen engagement within priority consultant organizations by executing tailored relationship and market plans.
• Gather consultant feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to inform sales strategy and go-to-market efforts.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to assess pipeline health and address relationship risks.
• Track consultant engagement activity and outcomes within CRM systems to support performance measurement.
