Job summary

CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Restock for the Northeast. You will lead dealer growth across PA, NJ, DC, MD, and Northern VA, with field-based activities and direct dealer visits.

You will build relationships, prospect for new business, and drive sales through the Restock platform, earning commissions based on gross profit and performance. Philadelphia area base; travel required.

Qualifications

• Relationship-oriented and credible with automotive dealers.
• Competitive and motivated by earnings performance.
• Skilled at prospecting and building a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable traveling frequently to meet dealers in person.
• Organized and able to manage a large multi-state territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Restock sales and dealer relationships in the Northeast.
• Spend most time in the field visiting dealerships and prospecting.
• Build a portfolio of dealers; convert leads into buyers.
• Follow up on leads and convert dealers to active Restock buyers.
• Generate new business via cold calls, referrals, and visits.
• Educate dealers on Restock and inventory benefits.
• Understand dealer needs to identify sales opportunities.
• Drive activation, purchase frequency, and account growth.
• Re-engage inactive dealers and expand participation.
• Serve as primary contact for dealer relationships and support.
• Capture dealer feedback for internal teams.
• Maintain records of activity, opportunities, and pipeline.
