Job summary

CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Restock for the Northeast territory, including PA, NJ, DC, MD, and VA. Base pay is $30,000 with uncapped commissions and target earnings around $80,000+ based on performance.

You will develop dealer networks, visit dealerships, and drive growth through Restock, educating dealers on inventory and platform benefits.

Qualifications

• B2B sales, territory sales, outside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership, wholesale automotive, vehicle auction, or remarketing experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business, build customer relationships, and generate sales growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively use CRM systems, mobile devices, email, and web-based sales platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned Northeast territory, including periodic overnight travel.
• Uncapped commission equal to 2% of gross profit generated from eligible vehicle sales.
• Target annual earnings: approximately $80,000+ at expected sales performance.
• Earnings above target are available based on individual sales performance and gross profit generated.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Restock sales and dealer relationships throughout the Northeast territory.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field visiting dealers, meetings, prospecting.
• Build portfolio of existing and prospective dealer relationships.
• Follow up on qualified leads and convert prospective dealers into active Restock buyers.
• Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking and dealership visits.
• Educate dealers on Restock and inventory benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of dealer activity and pipeline progress.
• Meet or exceed sales, dealer-development, and territory goals.
