Job summary

Bil-Jax, a Haulotte Group company, is seeking a Scaffolding Regional Sales Manager – North in Archbold, Ohio. You will lead sales growth for Bil-Jax scaffolding, shoring, and access systems across the Northern Region, developing strategic plans, expanding distributor and contractor relationships, and driving margins.

You will travel about 40–60% to meet customers, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience.
• Experience selling scaffolding, construction equipment, industrial products, or related items preferred.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and customer relationships.
• Ability to travel approximately 40%–60% throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to meet revenue, margin, and market share targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, industrial, commercial, and rental markets.
• Build and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, rental companies, and end users.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms that create value for Bil-Jax.
