Job summary

Bil-Jax Haulotte seeks a Scaffolding Regional Sales Manager – North to drive sales growth, strengthen distributor and customer relationships, and expand Bil-Jax scaffolding products across the Northern Region. The role requires developing strategic plans, pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering growth through effective account management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of outside sales experience in scaffolding or related industrial products, strong negotiation and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience selling scaffolding, construction equipment, or related products is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to meet revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, industrial, commercial, and rental markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, rental companies, scaffold contractors, and end users.
• Forecast sales and manage a robust pipeline across the Northern Region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements and business objectives.
