Qualifications

• Minimum three years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP systems experience; Epicor experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, fabricated components, finished goods, and services for scaffolding manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost competitiveness.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, freight terms, and supplier agreements.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, or service issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Inventory teams to support manufacturing requirements.
• Analyze demand requirements and inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory.
• Evaluate market trends, material costs, and supply chain risks to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify and implement cost savings, process improvements, and supplier development initiatives.
• Support new product launches by sourcing materials and coordinating with suppliers.
