Bil-Jax is seeking a Scaffolding Regional Sales Manager – North to drive growth across the Northern Region. You will develop strategic sales plans, expand distributor and end-user networks, and partner with contractors and rental companies to advance Bil-Jax products.

The role leads revenue, margin, and market share objectives, requiring travel 40–60%, strong negotiation, CRM proficiency, and the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum five years of successful outside sales experience.
• Experience selling scaffolding, construction equipment, or related products preferred.
• Travel approximately 40–60% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, industrial, and rental markets.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to drive growth initiatives.
• Build annual territory plans aligned with product growth targets.
• Maintain robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, rental companies, and end users.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements delivering value.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.
• Educate customers on product applications, safety requirements, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements and business objectives.
