Job summary

GreenPoint Ag in North Mississippi seeks an experienced Full-Time Sales Representative to grow seed, crop protection products, nutrients, and services in the assigned territory. You will develop strong grower and dealer relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver agronomic solutions aligned with operations and goals.

You will also provide agronomic services such as soil testing, plant analysis, and crop yield evaluation, while educating customers on financing programs and coordinating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in agriculture or related sector.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural products and grower/dealer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales plan for seed, nutrients, and crop protection within the territory.
• Develop grower and dealer relationships and tailor agronomic solutions.
• Provide soil testing, crop analysis, and farm-management guidance.
• Educate customers on financing programs and company resources.
• Ensure accurate documentation and credit policy adherence.
