Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for NNJ/NYC Multifamily projects. You will lead large-scale cast-in-place concrete superstructures from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The successful candidate brings 10–15+ years of PM leadership on multifamily builds, with a strong background in structural concrete and budget management.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of PM experience on large multifamily projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial, mixed-use, residential, institutional, or high-rise developments.
• Strong understanding of structural concrete construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract administration and project financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cast-in-place concrete superstructure projects from planning through closeout.

Profile

The Successful Candidate

• 10-15+ years of Experience as a Project Manager leading large scale Multifamily projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial, mixed-use, residential, institutional, or high-rise developments.
• Strong understanding of structural concrete construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract administration and project financial management.
• Ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced construction environments.
• Proficient with construction management software and project controls systems.
