Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Experience working for a General Contractor preferred.
• Exposure to industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing projects.
• Understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with both office and field teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software preferred.
