Waste Pro is seeking a fearless Commercial & Manufacturing Sales Closer to drive growth in North Georgia. This role represents Waste Pro in the local community, building partnerships with business leaders and identifying waste and recycling solutions.

You'll be a trusted consultant, coordinating with internal teams to ensure world-class service and to develop net promoters for Waste Pro’s services in a dynamic regional market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (business owners, contractors, officials)

Responsibilities

• Grow your territory through calls, networking, and in-person visits.
• Build lasting relationships with local business owners, contractors, and city officials.
• Meet daily/weekly sales activity goals while maintaining profitability.
• Assist in writing winning proposals with the marketing team.
• Navigate bidding processes using understanding of corporate purchasing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants and construction sites for client needs.
