Planned Parenthood North Central States in Fargo, ND seeks a North Dakota State Director, External Affairs. The role leads education, public affairs and fundraising work, builds partnerships with community leaders, and guides state-wide strategy.

You will oversee office operations, facilities needs, and security while advancing legislative priorities and organizational objectives. This is a senior leadership position within the affiliate.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, public administration or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15 years administrative experience including 5 years in public affairs and fundraising.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Mission-driven with ability to work with diverse communities.
• Proven track record driving organizational results and accountability.

Aufgaben

• Serves as the lead staff representative to the state C4 board and manages ongoing board affairs.
• Creates a state C4 board reflecting patients served and PP’s public affairs goals.
• Leads external-facing work with health care and education missions in North Dakota.
• Sets vision for statewide public affairs and supervises the state team.
• Cultivates networks with partner organizations across the state.
