Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a State Director of External Affairs in North Dakota. This role leads external relations, directs education, public affairs and fundraising, and builds strategic partnerships across the state.

The position is salaried, mostly remote with office space in Fargo, ND, and requires ongoing travel within the affiliate. Ideal candidates will bring substantial administrative experience, expertise in public affairs, and a passion for reproductive health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead external affairs in North Dakota and serve as senior staff for state operations.
• Build partnerships with local organizations, guide education, public affairs and fundraising in the state.
