Qualifications

• 15 years of post-education experience in water resources engineering, with at least 10 years of related experience in the Carolinas.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Travel within the Carolinas region, with potential for travel beyond region.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical direction on complex projects and client leadership for North Carolina Water Resources team.
• Mentor staff, support recruiting and retention, and strengthen technical bench.
• Deliver high-quality projects with strong client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
