Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of post-registration engineering experience demonstrating knowledge of Pre-design, Final Design, Planning, Traffic Engineering, State Aid and Construction.
• Experience in project management sufficient to prioritize and schedule multiple projects to meet letting schedules and manage budgets and staff.
• Knowledge of MnDOT standards and federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies and codes as they relate to transportation system planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation.

The position serves as the primary contact for public agencies, project partners, and the public regarding project activities.This position exists to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, public officials, and internal & external stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensure as a professional engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID).
