Job summary

Nordex Group in the United States is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead North America’s recruiting strategy during a period of rapid growth. You will build a scalable function, partner with business leaders and People & Culture to anticipate needs, and drive workforce planning across the U.S.

and Canada. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires strong change management and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

Significant progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams.
Experience developing recruiting strategies beyond requisition management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute North America's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with growth plans.
Lead a scalable recruiting function capable of supporting rapid organizational growth and fluctuating hiring demands.
Partner with business leaders and People & Culture teams to anticipate workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
Lead recruiting efforts for high-volume operational hiring as well as professional, technical, leadership, and specialized positions.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to attract top talent across diverse markets.
Coach, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team while creating accountability and performance excellence.
Establish recruiting metrics, reporting, and workforce analytics that provide meaningful business insights.
Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate and optimize recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and automation opportunities.
Build labor market intelligence and provide business leaders with insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity.
Manage recruiting agency relationships, contracts, and recruiting-related expenditures.
Partner with internal stakeholders across People & Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Operations to support workforce growth initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on recruiting strategy, talent acquisition best practices, and workforce planning.
