L’Oréal USA is seeking a Head of North America Transportation to own the end-to-end flow of goods and transform the regional freight network. You will lead cost-to-serve, on-time performance, and sustainability initiatives within a high-velocity consumer goods landscape.

Reporting to NAFS leadership, you will bridge day‑to‑day operations with strategy, oversee budget, and drive digital transformation across TMS/SAP and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or end-to-end supply chain.
• Experience managing large-scale freight budgets ($100M+) with deep knowledge of North American carrier markets.
• Experience with enterprise TMS (e.g., SAP TM, OTM) and visibility/analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America transportation budget and drive cost-to-serve reduction.
• Oversee domestic and international freight, last‑mile delivery, and network performance across NA channels.
• Ensure top-tier SLA compliance: OTPU/OTD and carrier capacity commitments.
• Own TMS/SAP roadmap, analytics tools, and carrier rate‑shopping engines.
• Govern NOE standards and lead cross-functional collaboration with Plant/DC/Commercial teams.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing operations team across Domestic and International operations.
